Maïzena sans gluten

NGRÉDIENTS

  • 2 pots de Fleur de Maïs MAIZENA®
  • 1 pot de yaourt
  • 2 pots de sucre
  • 1/2 pot d’huile végétale
  • 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique sans gluten
  • 3 oeufs

MÉTHODE DE PRÉPARATION

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°C.

  2. Dans un saladier, mélanger les œufs, le yaourt, et la levure.

  3. Ajouter ensuite la Fleur de Mais Maizena®, le sucre et l’huile.

  4. A l’aide d’un fouet, mélanger de façon à obtenir une pâte homogène.

  5. Verser dans un moule à manquer prélabalement beurré et enfourner 30 minutes.
